Rahm (Never Let a Good Crisis Go to Waste) Emanuel Bitch Slapped by Illinois Appellate Court

"Rahm Emanuel should not appear on the Feb. 22 mayoral ballot, according to a ruling issued by a state appellate court today."
Blah! Obushma's evil lead henchman pig fuck shot down. But wait. The pigman speaketh:

"At a news conference, Emanuel said he would appeal the decision to the Illinois Supreme Court and ask the state's highest court for an injunction so that his name will appear on the mayoral ballot.
"I have no doubt at the end we'll prevail in this effort," Emanuel said. “We’ll now go to the next level to get clarity."
“I still own a home here, (I) look forward to moving into it one day, vote from here, pay property taxes here. I do believe the people of the city of Chicago deserve a right to make a decision about who they want to be their next mayor," Emanuel said

So, Pigman says he looks forward to one day vote, pay property taxes here,(meaning Chicago.) Isn't that why Pigman was struck from the ballot, because he didn't vote or pay property taxes from Chicago. Pigman speaks with forked tongue. The Pigman then adds: "I do believe the people of the city of Chicago deserve a right to make a decision about who they want to be their next mayor."

Yeah, no shit Pigman. They do deserve the right. Me thinks the Pigman Emanuel is insinuating, "Judges, Appellate courts? Pigman don't need no stinking judges or Appellate courts."

Pigmans tenant speaks on the ruling:
"Rob Halpin, who rented Emanuel's Chicago home when he became the White House Chief of Staff, said he felt "vindicated" by Monday's ruling.
Halpin made headlines by refusing to move out of the home when Emanuel returned to Chicago, and then announcing his own bid for mayor--before quickly bowing out.
Halpin was also called as a witness against Emanuel during his first round of residency challenges. In speaking to WGN-AM radio Monday, Halpin said "it’s very clear that only one resident” could be attached to a single residence, “unless it was some sort of hippie commune.”

On to the Illinois State Supreme court for the Pigman Emmanuel. Evidently, the Supreme court judges are elected and not appointed. With the money and the clout behind the Pigman, I'd be surprised if they ruled against him.
