So, Pigman says he looks forward to one day vote, pay property taxes here,(meaning Chicago.) Isn't that why Pigman was struck from the ballot, because he didn't vote or pay property taxes from Chicago. Pigman speaks with forked tongue. On to the Illinois State Supreme court for the Pigman Emmanuel. Evidently, the Supreme court judges are elected and not appointed. With the money and the clout behind the Pigman, I'd be surprised if they ruled against him.
